AI Coach

An AI coach that has actually read your week

Dayvane’s AI Coach looks at your habits, tasks, goals, and journal entries, then tells you what is working, what is slipping, and what to do about it today — in plain language, with your real numbers behind it.

What it does

Daily insight cards

Every day you get a short set of cards built from your own history: the streak worth protecting, the habit you keep missing on Wednesdays, the goal that has not moved in two weeks. No generic advice — each card names the habit, the weekday, or the percentage it came from.

Ask it anything

Chat with a coach that already knows your context. "Why do I keep skipping the gym?", "What should I focus on this week?", "Am I overcommitting on Mondays?" — it answers from your logs, not from a template, and the conversation is saved so you can pick it back up later.

Patterns you would not spot yourself

The coach compares completion rates across weekdays, categories, and time of day. That is how it finds the things that hide in plain sight: the evening habits you never finish, the category that quietly drives your whole score, the tasks you reschedule three times.

How it works

  1. 1

Use the app for a few days

Tick off habits, close tasks, and jot a line in your journal. The coach needs signal, and a few days of real data is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Open the Coach tab

Your insight cards are generated from the last few weeks of activity — streaks, completion rates, weekday weak spots, and goal progress.

  3. 3

    Ask follow-up questions

Dig into any card in the chat. The coach keeps your history in context, so answers stay specific to you.

Details that matter

  • Insights reference real numbers — streak length, completion percentage, weekday
  • Conversations are saved, so you can return to a thread days later
  • Your data stays scoped to your account and is never shared with other users
  • Works alongside the dashboard, so a card can point at today’s actual list

Frequently asked

Does the AI coach see my private journal entries?
It reads your own entries to give better advice, and only ever your own. Journal data is owner-scoped: no other user, and no other account, can see it.
How is this different from a generic AI chatbot?
A generic chatbot knows nothing about your week. The Dayvane coach is handed your habits, tasks, goals, and journal ratings first, so its answers cite your streaks, your completion rates, and your goals by name.
